REGIONAL PLAN 2030

The Regional Council of South Ostrobothnia is a statutory federation of municipalities consisting of 19 municipalities. We are doing our best to achieve the goal set fourth by the Regional Plan. Our starting point is good, since the region has already been recognized for its active entrepreneurship and specialized know-how. The Regional Council of South Ostrobothnia acts as a developer and broker organisation maintained by municipalities. In the office of the Regional Council of South Ostrobothnia, there are experts working in the spheres of competence of regional planning, regional development and culture. Our goal is cross-sectoral cooperation for the best of the South Ostrobothnian population, municipalities and the entire region.
